A lot of people think Vegan foods are expensive, difficult to make, not nutritious enough and not delicious.

We are here to change that kind of thinking because we know that Vegan foods can be really cost-friendly, simple to make, nutritious and as yummy as all the foods we have always been eating (and probably even tastier). We're planning to publish loads of recipes which can be made by everyone - You don't need to be a master chef to be able to cook these.

  • Pav Bhaji - VEGAN, CRUELTYFREE, YUMMY AND HEALTHY !

Ingredients: Chopped tomato, onion, beetroot, potato, cauliflower, peas, garlic, chilli powder, oil and PAV BHAJI MASALA!

In a kadhaee heat oil

- Add chopped onion and garlicand sautey until light brown. - Add chilli powder very little.

- Add chopped potatos, tomato, cauliflower, peas, beetroot and cook with little water for 15 mins.

- Add PAV BHAJI MASALA - Cook for another 10 mins

- Mash all ingredients till they are fine

- Add salt to taste and cook for another 5 mins.

- Serve with pav or bread Voila! It's ready.

Moist Vegan chocolate cake 🎂 (Easter Special) . . . Maida /All purpose flour :125 gms Sugar : 100 gms Cocoa powder : 30 gms Baking Soda : 1tb spoon Baking powder : 1tb spoon Vanilla essence : 1tb spoon Almond milk : 100ml Coconut Oil/Vegetable oil : 70ml Hot Water : 80ml Coffee powder : 1tb spoon . . Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make sure the mixture is not very thin. Tip: Add baking soda and baking powder only at the last step . . Grease the cooker with oil and put butter paper at the bottom. . Then put the mixture on it and shut the cooker without the rubber band and whistle. . Sprinkle enough salt to cover a tawa, place cooker on tawa and kept gas on low flame. . . Cook for 20-30 mins. After 15 mins check the cake by putting a toothpick in it. If the batter doesn't stick to the toothpick it's ready. . . For the moist layer : Add some maple syrup in a bowl and some cocoa powder. Whisk it well. Brush it over the cake once the cake cools down. . . And Voila ! It’s ready.   • Sweet Potato Cutlets (an amazing alternative to meat cutlets)

Sweet Potato Cutlets! . . . . -Boil two large sweet potato and remove the skin. -Put them in a bowl and smash them -Add some peas -Add chopped chillis -Add haldi -Add little chana daal (besan) or rice flour or corn flour -Add corriander -Mix well and make them into small balls and then flatten them -In a plate take some rava/semolina or bread crumbs and tap the cutlets onto them -In a small pan add some oil and shallow fry them till they look brown and crisp Voila! BHINDI with a TWIST! . . . Ingredients: Chopped Okra, onion, carrot,potato, tomato, carrot, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, oil, mustard seeds, soya sauce(optional), tomato ketchup(optional) and jeera In a kadhaee heat oil and add mustard seeds, jeera. - Add chopped onion and sautey until light brown. - Add chilli powder, one small spoon haldi, one small spoon garam masala. - Add chopped potatos, carrots, tomato, and cook with little water for 10 mins. - Add bhindi - For extra twist, add one small spoon of soya sauce and tomato ketchup - Add salt to taste and cook for another 5 mins. .
