How to store?

Vpm's Tofu comes in plastic box packaging, when recieved the water in the tofu needs to be changed to improve shelf life preferred to change water after every 3 days to improve the shelf life till 20 days

    *Free Shipping ranges from Rs 1499 to Rs 3000 or more subject to below terms and conditions, and depending on customer pin codes: 
    • The offer is available for orders from select pin codes of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane only
    • The offer is valid at the discretion of Vvegano
    • The offer may be refused where the location of the customer is a very remote location which is not easily accessible for delivery
    • The offer may be refused where Shipping costs due to the weight of the order or due to the location of the customer warrant shipping charges to be applied
    • Vvegano holds the right of refusal to provide this offer
    • Shipping charges may be requested before fulfilment of the order by Vvegano, without which the order may stand to be cancelled and refunded
    • Same day deliveries will be possible only on a case to case basis based on internal shipping schedules of Vvegano

    • IMPORTANT: Due to the current courier delivery situation, we are unable to process any refunds caused due to delay of delivery as the return of packages is not possible though the courier companies in most cases. We are sorry for any such inconvenience that may be caused to you for the same. 
    Due to increase in delivery costs, Vvegano customer care may separately reach out to customers for excess delivery charges ranging from Rs 99 to Rs 200 for locations such as Kalwa, Mumbra, Ulhasnagar, Dombivali, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai  Panvel, Vasai and Virar in Mumbai and other distant locations in different cities.
    *For all Deals & Offers where the delivery date is provided on Product page, the fulfilment of order depends on the following factors: 
    • Customer location
    • Stock availability
    • Total Order Value and

      Time taken to Ship:

      • Shipment Dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of order. May take longer based on availability of the product. For urgent deliveries, exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

      Time taken for Delivery:

      • For Metro (Vendor) to Metro (Customer) deliveries, between 2-4 working days from the date of Dispatch.
      • For Non-Metro Destinations, It could take between 4-7 working days from date of Dispatch.
      • We aim to deliver the products at the earliest, but this is the average time it could take depending upon the customer location.

       

      For the below terms, kindly refer to Vvegano terms of Cancellation / Refunds / Returns / Replacements (see footer of the page) for further information:

      Cancellation: 

      • Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order AND if product is not already shipped from the vendor location.

      Refunds, Returns & Replacements: 

      • Only if you have received an item which is different from what you ordered OR damaged product received or excessive delay in shipment of the products

      • Products that you have used cannot be returned.

      • Packaging of the product as received from the vendor should be intact, unless breaking the seal of the package is essential to determining the state / quality of the product. 

      • Refunds & Returns will be subject to the verification by the Vendor of the product returned. We encourage you to intimate us on support@vvegano.com within 24 hours in case of having received a damaged product or incorrect product or poor quality of the product. Exceptions may be made for issues raised after 24 hours based on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the vendor.

      • In case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
      Why do we charge for shipping products to you? 
      As you would be aware, Shipping is a real cost. Shipping companies charge for every package they pick and deliver. We aim to deliver products to you at the lowest cost possible and hence we do not inflate prices by including the cost of shipping in the price, and then claiming to have Free Shipping. We like to be as transparent as possible. However, to lessen the burden of shipping costs on our customers, we have kept reasonable charges and we bear the rest.
