Raw (Green) Banana has a mild sweet taste since the sugar portion is not developed fully. It gives a very mild taste & flavor once cooked. Compared to ripe ones, Green Bananas are beneficial to children and adults.

Ingredients: Raw Nendran Banana

Cooking Method:

(i) Raw Banana Porridge

• Wash your hands and use clean utensils to prepare food.
• Take 2 tbsp (25g) of the Banana Powder in a clean steel vessel.
• Add cup (200ml) water and mix well to remove the lumps.
• Cook on a medium flame for 5 - 10 minutes & stir continuously to avoid forming lumps.
• As per requirement, adjust the thickness by adding water or banana powder.
• Add a pinch of Cardamom Powder. (To sweeten the taste, add Dates Powder or Jaggery powder)
• Mix well & Feed.

Other applications (multiple uses)

• All-purpose flour can be replaced Partial or Full with Raw Banana Powder (Take 25% less banana flour while replacing grain flour)
• Use as a thickener in soups, smoothies, etc..
• Use in Banking recipes
• Use as an ingredient to porridges etc..

Storage Shelf Life:  Best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing.

Once you open the pack, immediately transfer into a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep it safe from direct sunlight & moisture and store in a cool dry place. Since we do not add preservatives, please use it within one month or the expiry date whichever is earlier after opening the pack

Note:

1. Is it safe for infants/toddlers?

A. Yes. In a general scenario, it is safe for little ones once introduced after 7 to 8 months. Bananas are rich in Dietary Fiber, Potassium & Magnesium. You can start with smaller quantities and once your baby shows no signs of allergies, you may slowly increase the quantity as suggested and/or required. You can consult your pediatrician before introducing it to the little ones.

2. Can it be consumed during pregnancy?

A. Yes. It is a good source of food during Pregnancy and later on as well. As such product is completely safe, however, consult your doctor if you have any medical condition during pregnancy.

Time taken to Ship:

• Shipment Dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of order. May take longer based on availability of the product. For urgent deliveries, exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Time taken for Delivery:

• For Metro (Vendor) to Metro (Customer) deliveries, between 2-4 working days from the date of Dispatch.
• For Non-Metro Destinations, It could take between 4-7 working days from date of Dispatch.
• We aim to deliver the products at the earliest, but this is the average time it could take depending upon the customer location.

Cancellation: 

• Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order AND if product is not already shipped from the vendor location.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements: 

• Only if you have received an item which is different from what you ordered OR damaged product received or excessive delay in shipment of the products

• Products that you have used cannot be returned.

• Packaging of the product as received from the vendor should be intact, unless breaking the seal of the package is essential to determining the state / quality of the product. 

• Refunds & Returns will be subject to the verification by the Vendor of the product returned. We encourage you to intimate us on support@vvegano.com within 24 hours in case of having received a damaged product or incorrect product or poor quality of the product. Exceptions may be made for issues raised after 24 hours based on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the vendor.

• In case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
