I first stumbled upon Kombucha, a fermented tea-based beverage, on a trip to Barcelona. Fascinated by the process, I took up a workshop by one of the most popular ferment shops in Barcelona. Since then, I've worked towards mastering the art and never looked back.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we are unable to process any refunds caused due to delay of delivery as the return of packages is not possible though the courier companies in most cases. We are sorry for any such inconvenience that may be caused to you for the same.
Why do we charge for shipping products to you?
As you would be aware, Shipping i a real cost. Shipping companies charge for every package they pick and deliver. We aim to deliver products to you at the lowest cost possible and hence we do not inflate prices by including the cost of shipping in the price, and then claiming to have Free Shipping. We like to be a transparent a possible. However, to lessen the burden of shipping costs on our customers, we have kept reasonable charges and we bear the rest.
Shipping Rs. 45/- only for all orders where weight of shipments EQUAL TO or LESS than 500 gms.
For all shipments greater than 500 gms, charges will be as per the below table:

Time taken to Ship:
Shipment Dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of order. May take longer based on availability of the product. For urgent deliveries, exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Time taken for Delivery:
For Metro (Vendor) to Metro (Customer) deliveries, between 2-4 working days from the date of Dispatch.
For Non-Metro Destinations, It could take between 4-7 working days from date of Dispatch.
We aim to deliver the products at the earliest, but this is the average time it could take depending upon the customer location.

Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order AND if product is not already shipped from the vendor location.
Refunds, Returns & Replacements:
Only if you have received an item which is different from what you ordered OR damaged product received or excessive delay in shipment of the products
Products that you have used cannot be returned.
Packaging of the product as received from the vendor should be intact, unless breaking the seal of the package is essential to determining the state / quality of the product.
Refunds & Returns will be subject to the verification by the Vendor of the product returned. We encourage you to intimate us on email@example.com within 24 hours in case of having received a damaged product or incorrect product or poor quality of the product. Exceptions may be made for issues raised after 24 hours based on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the vendor.
In case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
