Spekta Cosmetics was launched in September, 2018 by two highly driven women, both super ambitious and passionate about creating premium quality makeup that's affordable.
They love lipsticks! Their goal was to create a no-shine, true matte formulation that doesn't crease the lips. And so their lipsticks (both matte and shimmer) are laden with moisture champs like Vitamin E, Cocoa Butter, Olive Butter, Shea Butter and Castor Oil that give you a long lasting, comfortable and healthy wear.
