Manufactured by: GoodMylk - GoodMylk is on a mission to make plant-based food affordable and accessible in India. GoodMylk deeply believes in a future where animals are viewed as the living, breathing, feeling individuals that they are, and animal agriculture no longer exists. Goodmylk owes its passionate beginning to Abhay Rangan, a 19 year old vegan activist in 2016. When he was in the middle of an animal rights awareness campaign, someone walked up to him and said 'vegan alternatives are expensive, and so I don't want to be vegan'. While one doesn't need alternatives to be vegan, it made sense that accessible & affordable plant-based options would help reduce friction in adopting plant-based food. This was impetus enough for Abhay to have a conversation with his family, who were also passionate vegans and start Goodmylk (then called Veganarke). The mother-son duo soon became synonymous with the company name.

The Vvegano Store is a brand aiming to stock the most delicious vegan products in Mumbai, under one roof  The aim is to make deliveries in Mumbai quick (really quick), but of course, we deliver Pan India as well. We are initially starting with dairy and meat substitutes and will eventually house a wide range of Vegan essentials.

Time taken to Ship:

• Shipment Dispatched between 1-3 working days from the date of order. May take longer based on availability of the product. For urgent deliveries, exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Time taken for Delivery:

• For Metro (Vendor) to Metro (Customer) deliveries, between 2-4 working days from the date of Dispatch.
• For Non-Metro Destinations, It could take between 4-7 working days from date of Dispatch.
• We aim to deliver the products at the earliest, but this is the average time it could take depending upon the customer location.

Cancellation: 

• Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order AND if product is not already shipped from the vendor location.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements: 

• Only if you have received an item which is different from what you ordered OR damaged product received or excessive delay in shipment of the products

• Products that you have used cannot be returned.

• Packaging of the product as received from the vendor should be intact, unless breaking the seal of the package is essential to determining the state / quality of the product. 

• Refunds & Returns will be subject to the verification by the Vendor of the product returned. We encourage you to intimate us on support@vvegano.com within 24 hours in case of having received a damaged product or incorrect product or poor quality of the product. Exceptions may be made for issues raised after 24 hours based on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the vendor.

• In case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
